My tummy growled when I saw these pig snouts hanging on a bamboo rod. It was hard to turn them down, along with other local delicacies which include fried dried rat meat and stuffed snails.Never fear...we will not go hungry. The dumplings are delicious and we have even located pork buns, aka baozi, aka hom bao, my favorite treat!
